Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

At Birgam, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a reliable and satisfying customer experience.

Warranty
All Birgam cases are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the shipping date.

If your product shows a manufacturing defect within this period, please contact us at info@birgam.com. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement where applicable.

Please note:

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage
• A maximum of four (4) warranty claims per customer per year is allowed
• Replacement items will be issued for the same model only

Returns & Exchanges
We may accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• the item is unused
• the item is in its original condition
• the item is returned in its original packaging

Return and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
Refunds are available in the following cases:

• the item arrived defective
• the item arrived damaged
• you received the wrong product

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

• customized or personalized products
• products showing signs of use
• products damaged after delivery for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Custom Products
By submitting your own images, designs, or content for custom products, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them. Birgam is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues related to customer-submitted content.
